Whether it’s your first Alaska adventure or your tenth, there’s nothing like spotting a herd cresting the horizon in the early Arctic light—it’s a moment every hunter remembers for a lifetime.
Plan to arrive in Deadhorse (Prudhoe Bay) one day before your hunt begins to finalize gear and meet your pilot. Weather in the Arctic can shift quickly—build flexibility into your travel schedule and plan for at least one day buffer before and after your hunt.
Willow Air partners with Hunter’s Icebox and Alaska Trophy Express to help you get your trophy and meat home safely. We’ll assist you with freezer storage and shipment coordination right from Deadhorse.
